Blessing of the Pets

Blessing of the Pets and Pet Celebration! Sunday, October 2, 2011, celebrating the Feast of St. Francis, the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception will celebrate their 7th annual Blessing of the Pets on the Green and parking lot behind the Cathedral. In connection with the blessing, a Pet Celebration and vendor fair will be available with activities for pets and owners! The celebration will begin at 2:00 pm concluding with the procession of pets and blessing beginning at 3:30pm. The Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception is located at 1695 Central Avenue in Memphis. All creatures great and small welcome!
